As the Trustee for our community of schools I regularly hold events that share information and provide opportunities for parents to learn and share from each other. These events are called Ward Forums. This school year there will be number of Ward Forums held for Ward 10 University - Rosedale and Toronto Centre. These meetings may be in person or virtual. Ward 10 Forum: Autism (ASD) Supports for Students and Families

DATE: May 8, 2025
TIME: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
LOCATION: Rosedale Heights School of the Arts (711 Bloor Street East, Toronto, M4W 1J4) (near Castle Frank Station, just east of Bloor and Parliament)

Join Trustee Deborah Williams for a panel discussion about the supports available for TDSB students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Learn about the Identification, Placement and Review Committee (IPRC). Individual Education Plans (IEPs), navigating the system and advocating for your child. We will also hear the Trustee’s and Superintendents’ updates. Everyone is welcome.

If you’re interested in participating, please to let us know you’ll be attending. We look forward to seeing you there!
